Kitchen Knives
Kitchen knives differ from Hunting and Fishing knives in that they are used daily. We use Swedish Stainless Steel for all of our kitchen knives. After experimenting with many different types and variations of steels and we have landed on AEBL and Nitro V for all of our kitchen knives. This steel has a very fine grain structure which allows for a razor-sharp edge. We use digital kilns for our heat treat. All of our kitchen knives have been tempered in liquid nitrogen for added edge retention and stain-fighting abilities.
We offer all different types of handles. We just chose these to represent some of the many options. If you can dream it up, we can try to make it!
